摘要： 目前的2改进型乳癌（T2DM）临床外科手术药功用种类都有，恶唑烷二酮类、磺酰脲类、双砜类及皮质醇等传统文化降糖药功用的降糖的系统与耐用性共存差异。近期各种关于外科手术T2DM的新的机理药功用层出不穷，糖类激酶抑制、多重肠促皮质醇抑制、蛋白酶高血糖素受体低剂量等新的机理药功用通过各不相同的系统逐渐满足临床个性化的外科手术要求。本文对当前T2DM新的机理药功用的研究者进展进行时系统性，并归纳各类新的机理药功用临床者的优劣势，以期为T2DM临床外科手术提供基础性指导。

Abstract: At present，there are many types of drugs for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM），there are differences in the hypoglycemic mechanisms and safety of traditional hypoglycemic drugs such asthiazolidinediones，sulfonylureas，biguanides，and insulin. In recent years，an assortment of new target drugs has emerged in an endless stream.New target drugs such asglucokinase activators，multi-site receptor agonists for GLP-1，GIP and glucagon，glucagon receptor inhibitorshave gradually assembled the necessities of personalized clinical treatment through different mechanisms. This article reviews the current research progress of new target drugs for T2DM，and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of clinical research of various new target drugs，in order to provide basic guidance for the clinical treatment of T2DM.
